In charge of sales of ebikes at our flagship store at 547 Geylang Road
Manage the daily operations of the shop
Ensure stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction with the services
Provide customer service support via social media / phone calls by answering questions/queries from customers, coordinate with customers for ownership transfer and arrange deliveries.
Deal with warranty and customer complaint cases
Candidate needs to be outspoken, have good interpersonal skills, have great patience , and be customer-oriented.
Arrange shop staff to dispatch spare parts to customers as needed.
Basic mechanical knowledge is required. Product training will be provided by the company.
Working hours: 6 days a week, 11:30am-8:30pm
Salary: $2800-$3500
