• In charge of sales of ebikes at our flagship store at 547 Geylang Road

• Manage the daily operations of the shop

• Ensure stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction with the services

• Provide customer service support via social media / phone calls by answering questions/queries from customers, coordinate with customers for ownership transfer and arrange deliveries.

• Deal with warranty and customer complaint cases

• Candidate needs to be outspoken, have good interpersonal skills, have great patience , and be customer-oriented.

• Arrange shop staff to dispatch spare parts to customers as needed.

• Basic mechanical knowledge is required. Product training will be provided by the company.

• Working hours: 6 days a week, 11:30am-8:30pm

Salary: $2800-$3500
