我不是房東，是租客，兩個孩子的陪讀媽媽，跟房東還有一年8個月的租約，因為孩子的學位問題，打算轉回中國讀書。

房租S$6500/月，新的家具包括三張床和床墊（美國的一個牌子，S$10000左右），沙發 （原價S$4000多，折後S$3000左右），一個海信大電視機（S$2000），大保險箱，還有其他零零碎碎的廚房用具，空氣炸鍋，攝像頭，陽台大餐桌，幾把椅子，洗衣房架子，全部只使用了半年不到，都不打算搬走。房子是搬進去前才粉刷過的，抽油煙機和電子門鎖也是新裝的，廁所的馬桶蓋也是搬進去後換的全新的。我們的租約是每個月12號開始，如果你可以從12月12日開始幫忙與房東完成剩下的一年8個月的合約，這些家具家電全送，而且你不會有中介費，會註明在新的合同里。唯一的要求是，你必須是家庭客，房東不接受散租。

All these items have been used for less than half a year. The unit was freshly painted before we moved in, and the kitchen hood, electronic door lock, and toilet seat are all brand new.

There is no agency fee for this sublet, and the agreement will be amended to reflect the transfer of the furniture and appliances for free. The only requirement is that the tenant must be a family.
