Accounting & Admin Assistant
📍 工作地點 Location: Bendemeer MRT 附近
🕘 工作時間 Working Hours: 每周五天(星期一至星期五)
💰 薪資 Salary: SGD $1800 – $2200(視經驗而定)
工作環境舒適,人事簡單,每周工作五天,可申請靈活上班時間。年假10天起
⚠️無工作簽申請名額,只限公民,PR,家屬准證申請。
工作職責 Job Responsibilities:
• 協助日常帳務數據錄入和基本會計操作
Assist with daily data entry and basic accounting tasks
• 跟進客戶付款及處理應收帳款
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
• 準備與更新管理和客戶所需的財務與行政報表
Prepare and update financial and administrative reports for management and clients
• 處理收發郵件、文件歸檔與資料整理
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, filing, and document organization
• 執行行政工作,如準備報價單、合同和其他相關文件
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and contracts
• 接聽電話、記錄留言並提供基本信息
Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide general information
• 每周需外派2-3 次,收取和處理客戶現場文件、系統錄入等事項
Required to work off-site 2-3 times per week for tasks such as client document handling or system updates
• 完成上級指派的其他工作任務
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
職位要求 Job Requirements:
• 學歷要求:O Level 或以上
Minimum qualification: O Level or above
• 歡迎無經驗者申請,公司提供培訓
Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
• 熟練操作 Excel,並具備一般辦公軟體使用能力
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MS office software
• 需具備熟練的中英文讀寫能力
Must have good written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• 細心、有責任感、積極主動,具備良好學習能力與溝通技巧
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• 具團隊合作精神,願意支持不同的辦公室任務
A good team player and able to assist in various office duties
