工廠前台門衛 Factory Gate Attendant & Patrolling Officer-

Job Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: Record and register incoming and outgoing vehicles and visitors.

• 前台登記：負責記錄進出廠區的 車輛與訪客人員信息。

• Factory Patrol: Conduct simple routine checks around the factory premises.

• 簡單巡查：定時在廠區內走動，確保環境整潔和設施正常

• Night Shift Duty: Perform night shift duties according to roster, including gate opening/closing and recording activities.

• 夜班值守：根據排班進行夜間值班，負責開關門及記錄事項。

• General Support: Assist with other day-to-day support tasks as assigned by management.

• 協助管理層交辦的其他日常工廠支持性事務。

Requirements

• Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.

• 僅限 新加坡公民或永久居民（PR）。

• No Security Officer licence required.

• 無需 Security Officer 執照。

• Willing to work rotating shifts (3-shift system, including night shifts).

• 能接受輪班工作（三班倒），包括夜班。

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

• 責任心強，能獨立值班，適合長期穩定工作。

• Prior experience in factory attendant, facility maintenance, or similar roles will be an advantage.

• 有工廠值守、設施維護或清潔相關經驗者優先。

• Good command of both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.

• 會華語方便溝通

• Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred

• 可以儘快入職者優先
